"The room was spacious. Clean. The housekeeper was professional and reliable, checking in on us daily. We had a family suite which is essentially a king room connected to a room with 2 double beds. The shower leaked terribly in the double room and flooded the bathroom during showers. In the king room we had the tiniest ants . The property is nice but not as clean as other Hilton resorts we’ve stayed at.. There was a lot of rubbish in the beach sand, along the pathways etc. The staff was gracious and helpful in every way. There was one bartender at the side bar that was a bit short with customers but we just avoided him. He probably needs a different profession. The location was nice.. with several restaurants around and just a mile down from Old San Juan. There wasn’t much for teens at this property. There was a ping pong table . It was outside which was nearly impossible to play in the wind. We are not huge soccer fans, so we didn’t join in on the activities with the big screen in the lounge area. I would recommend the resort for adults but maybe not for teens."
