"Cleaning"

"Dirty room, rude staff, poor breakfast, no shuttle"

"The "breakfast" was a hoax and not a breakfast at all. It was literally make yourself a cup of tea, or coffee or hot chocolate with a sweet package muffin and a sweet energy bat or something. No toast or eggs or pancakes or anything of the sought. They also had oats in personalized packs and that's it. I was very disappointed because I would have never booked there had I known that's the breakfast offered. "

"The room was filthy. Hair was left in the bathroom tub, fingerprints were everywhere, the tables were not wiped down and still had a sticky residue left behind. If the room was clean, it would have gotten a way better rating. The security was very nice. "

"This was are second stay here. Pick up from the airport was quick and easy. The driver gave us a lot of information abt the area.Hotel was clean and staff was nice. Cruise port bus got us to the port by 11am even with traffic. Will stay here again if i cruise out of miami. "

"The tv in our room did not work at all, and the hallways smelled strong of weed. The staff at the front desk ignored me, as I am an English speaking White Man, so they could speak Spanish to another man, when we were both approaching the front desk at the same time."
