The standard double room is so small you can barely walk around let alone manage luggage. Do not book a standard room. Expensive for what it is. And the pillows are the worst we’ve ever had. Zero support. How a company can sell such an item and call it a pillow, is astonishing, and how a hotel chain can subject its guests to such an item is a great example of cutting corners to make a buck and how to lose a customer. Staff were nice, however.

One thing I would point out, if you need your room cleaning, and towels changing, then this must be booked before 3pm the day before with reception, this wasn't made clear to me, ..."
