Really enjoyed my stay, within walking distances of many bars, Dortmund HBF & restaurants. Staff were also very helpful & friendly.

Good hotel ideally placed for Attractions
Good hotel. Pleasant and helpful staff. Arrived at 10:00am and room ready which after a 4:30am start was a bonus. Really helpful re epsilon staff who happily provided hand written instructions to get from local underground to Dortmund football stadium and also where to eat on the evening.

Our overnight stay
Excellent food and quality of rooms was superb. However we were misinformed by being told that breakfast was included. This was not the case and cost us and extra €17 each. Also the free wifi was unobtainable.

One night stay for business
Lovely hotel room. Good location to the station. The gym is the reason I booked this hotel however it was very disappointing. Wouldn't even call it a gym. Good wifi and breakfast

Close to Dortmund train station, very quite, new
Stayed here en route to a different destination so wanted somewhere close to the station. I arrived late and walked from Dortmund HBF to the hotel (about 5-10minutes), area was quiet/appeared safe. Hotel is very close to the main road but has extra double-glazing so the rooms are very quiet. I would stay here again.

During my stay there was no hot water and I could not take my my shower. Room is very small.Otherwise, it's okay hotel. The hotel staff was friendly.

We can assure you that this is not a normal Situation. Apart from this I am pleased to inform you that you can also book a First Class Room. Top suite.
It was actually a suite. The hotel room was as big as a ordinary apartment in the city. It was clean, the service was great, the beds were comfy and the prices in the mini-bar was reasonable. Everything was in it's right place.

Watch out for extra fees
Upon checking in they asked if we wanted breakfast. It was an outrageous rate - 12 Euro per person. There are plenty of bakeries and other restaurants within 2 blocks of the hotel where you can spend a whole lot less. When we went to check out, they started running down a whole list of other potential additional fees - including drinks in room and parking. Fortunately, we hadn't parked our car overnight there, so we weren't charged, but we weren't told up front that there was an extra fee for it. Also, if you want internet in room, there is an extra fee. Everything else about the hotel was nice, and I would stay there again. It is right across the street from the main shopping area, and it is two block from a train station.

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal ob Empfang oder Frühstücksraum. Sauberes und großes Zimmer. Haben freundlicherweise einen Upgrade bekommen ! Praktisch ist der Hoteleigener Parkplatz. Um zu manche Zimmer zu gelangen gibt es einige Stufen. Wenn man nicht so gut zu Fuß ist, sollte man dies auf jeden Fall mitteilen. 5 Gehminuten vd Innenstadt. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Schönes Hotel in Dortmund
Das Hotel liegt nur wenige Gehminuten von der Innenstadt entfernt. Der Service war prima und unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig. Wir waren mit dem Hotel sehr zufrieden.

Haben für 2 Nächte genächtigt und waren sehr zufrieden. Falls die Parkplätze belegt sind gibt es gleich daneben ein Parkhaus das 24h geöffnet ist. Können das Hotel nur empfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Das Zimmer war sauber und verfügte über alles, was man braucht. Man kann zwischen frische Luft durch Fenster aufmachen oder Klimaanlage selbst entscheiden. Bei vielen Hotels inzwischen nicht mehr selbstverständlich. Das Ambiente ist schön, macht insgesamt einen guten Eindruck und hat für die warme Jahreszeit tolle Sitzmöglichkeiten im kleinen Garten des Innenhofs. Einzige Empfehlung für die Zukunft: Wasserkocher regelmäßig entkalken und innen nach Sauberkeit kontrollieren.
