Dos Ojos Cenote

If you are looking for a quiet resort and for everything to close at 10:30, then this is the resort for you. Concierge will convince you to do an hour 1/2 session, like a time share, to get discount on excursions. As soon as you listen and say no, they treat you differently. I wish the hotel would have signs up that tell you where each restaurant was instead of saying restaurants this way, especially when you have 3 hotels that share the restaurants. They tell you golf carts are readily available, well that’s not true. Can take up to 10-15 minutes and by then you have walked over to the other resort sweating your tail off. Hotel was clean and well kept up, just not enough options for you. The adult rooftop needs to have an age limit of at least 25, 18 year olds are still very immature and tossing each other around in the little pool turns us older folks around not enjoying the space.

The resort was very nice and the employees were very friendly and helpful. My biggest complaint was a lack of communication when checking in. We were told to see a man to make reservations for lunch and dinner for that day and to see the concierge the following day to set up the rest. Since we also set up excursions for the following three days, I was not able to see the conserve until the third day. That was when we got a paper to see when all the different food choices were open. I would have liked this information at check in and also what their menus were. A paper map would be nice since our Internet only worked in our room and the main building. The beach was full of sargassum, which I understand is seasonal, but would have been nice to know. The restaurants were really nice and there were many which to choose. The rooms were nice and clean.
