Seeing wildlife around the property was a plesant surprise. A shout out to the conceirge team and the ladies on the omlette making team - Always checking in and taking the best care of us! "Everything was wonderful and everyone was so kind and helpful The only complaints would be was the food was very salty and also all of the buffet food was cold unless you had them cook it right there in front of you, I will definitely recommend this to anyone and I’m looking forward to returning"

"Nice property. The food was average, but better than other all-inclusive resorts I’ve tried. Great service and very friendly staff. The only issue was that they wasted half of our day trying to sell their travel packages. There was one lady on their sales team who was extremely rude and had a lot of attitude when we declined their “promotion package”. "

"I spent my time in the beautiful Caribbean Sea at the adult only area. There were plenty of lounge chairs and close enough to the poolside bar. In conversation with another fellow traveler, he mentioned the buffet at Siam Kaan, which was just amazing. The area is also adult only, the buffet is smaller, but the selection was superb."
