"Great stay at Kimpton Aluna Tulum! Jonathan and Jesus at reception were super friendly and helpful, and Charlie at Parallel restaurant was kind and attentive. The hotel is clean, stylish, and relaxing. Only wish the balconies were more soundproof, as some guests were a bit loud. Overall, loved the service and vibe here!"

"Only reason I’m rating staff 3 is because on my check out date restaurant crew supervisor wanted to charge for breakfast knowing it was included in our stay. Then he refuse to serve products on menu stating items were not included on our package although we were served those items our other days. Even though items were clearly listed on all inclusive MENU."
"We had a very nice time at El Paraiso Hotel de Tulum. It was located on a beautiful beach – although be aware of the season, lots of seaweed. So I don’t know if it’s just in the summer or what, but there was a lot of it. But once you stepped over the seaweed, the water was really pretty. The service was great-they answered all my questions and were able to recommend a snorkeling and cenote tour. Bring your bug spray and your sunscreen you will need both. "
