Only one of the bikes in working condition and the rest were in desperate need of repair. Make sure to bring bug repellant. The pool was not as advertised, but fine. There is a great cenote and cave nearby to enjoy. "

"We just got back from our stay at the Grand Serenis. I wish we had more time! It was a short stay! But everyone was super nice and accommodating. We had time by the last day to check out all of the pools, lazy river, and most of the restaurants. We were eligible for a massage included with our Expedia booking. We didn't have time to do it, but that wasn't the hotel's fault. Maybe Expedia could have let us know at booking, and asked us to schedule it then, so we didn't miss out. But I don't...
