Mauvaise communication avec le propriétaire que j’ai dû relancer 3 fois et appeler pour obtenir ma facture. Peu professionnel, je me vois reprocher d’être passée pas Hotels.com et que c’est pour cela que la facture n’a pas été reçue malgré des sms de son épouse m’indiquant que la facture avait déjà été envoyée. Il aurait été pertinent de vérifier avant de me faire une réponse erronée, m’obligeant à les relancer, être ignorée et devoir les rappeler. On m’indique que cela ne fait que 10 jours mais je n’ai jamais eu aucun souci pour obtenir une facture sur place ou dans les 48h maximum, même en passant par hôtels.com. La dame qui a servi le petit déjeuner était très serviable et agréable, petit déjeuner globalement ok mais viennoiseries médiocres. Chambre correcte, propre et confortable mais escalier menant au duplex très raide et peu praticable voire dangereux au moment de la descente avec la valise (aucune indication sur ce fait dans la description de la chambre, dommage). Je ne reviendrai plus dans cet établissement du fait du non professionnalisme du propriétaire et de leur condescendance quand je leur signale en plus qu’ils se sont trompés dans mon nom et le fait d’avoir dû les relancer pour obtenir la facture. C’est bien dommage car j’ai de nombreux voyages professionnels juste à côté.

Super accueil de Nathalie, la chambre est spacieuse, la literie est de très bonne qualité.
