Good business hotel
One of very few business hotels in Douala. Friendly helpful staff with good English. Few challenges with Wi-Fi connectivity, but the staff were helpful in resolving them.

Nice structure from the outside, absence of basic needs in the rooms, toilets and living space as I stayed in a delux junior suite . Staff smile, but service sometimes is too slow and they need reminders.

Good but not too good.
Great Location, just opposit Maison H. However their hotel rules are too strict. Rooms are a lil too small. Mind you after checking-in I noticed there was no refrigerator in my room. Went down to reception and they brought a new one 2 hours later. The phone in the room wasn't working as well. Went down again and 6 hours later it was changed. The bathroom doors have no locks. They've got a swimming pool but prices haven't been set yet, so external hotel guests can't swim. We were told the swimming pool was open 24hours but that was false. The Hotel is New. The reception staff are welcoming and go out of your way to help where possible. The bed's comfy, bedding and sheets are of extremely good quality. My keycard kept messing up so I had to get a second one. Oh Hey! WiFi sucks too. Overall good and new hotel that just needs a lil 'polishing' up.

C'est OK, mais ca aurait pu être mieux.
Le séjour s'est bien pasé. J'ai malheursement eu une chambre devant la pièce où se réuni le personnel d'entretien avant de commencer leur journée, ce qui fait beaucoup de bruit le matin. La noutrriture est correcte, le personnel très agéable, et les chambres sont récentes avec une bonne litterie.

Highly recommended for sure
Room was okay except air conditioner creates weird sounds every 15 minutes for 20_30 seconds. My room which was 304 doesnt have view that was strange. Internet was good and the restaurants nearby is awesome Maison H and Cave. Staff friendly and location is good. Highly recommended for sure

déçu ...
Nouvel hotel. Bon niveau au regard des autres hôtels à Douala. Mais la navette est repartie sans m'attentre à mon arrivée en pleine nuit, malgré ma réservation annoncée. Hôtel reste très ferme sur le late check-out malgré m'avoir laissé seul à l'aéroport à 2.30 du matin. Obligé de me débrouiller. très décevant pour le rapport client.
