"First they have an excellent General
Manager (Quanetta Campbell).
All of the employees of the hotel seem to function as a team!
The housekeepers, the kitchen staff, and the desk clerks are so accommodating.
My room was spotless.
I had my little dog with me and the hotel is very pet friendly.
I will be staying there again soon."
"This place does NOT have an elevator
I asked for a first floor room was denied
I am 67 and my suitcase is heavy
He did not tell me when checkout is and when breakfast would be served"
"room 107 smelled like marijuana when we checked in the adjoining room was labeled executive apartment whatever that means. Two out of the three lightbulbs in the ceiling fixture were burnt out. The paintings were laying in the closet that should’ve been hanging on the wall. the bed was a full when there was plenty of room for a queen of king. There was one nightstand when there was plenty of them for a nightstand on each side. You had to go to the front desk and ask for the hairdryer."
"The hotel was under major renovations and this was not communicated on the website where we reserved. We thought the renovations were only in the lobby but our room was being renovated as well and it was a mess with plaster dust and paint on the carpet, broken handle on the closet, bathroom door that took two hands to open, open electrical outlets with wires showing, missing baseboard in most of the room, torn up carpet, fixtures missing in the bathroom and more. We were exhausted and did not complain that night but in the morning talked to the staff and said it should have been advertised as being under renovation. They would do nothing about it. Breakfast was a disappointment as the juice machine was not working and other things were amiss as well. Very disappointing for what we expected from this type of hotel. Hope it's nice when it's done."
