"Lobby staff during the day was nice overnight staff not so much. Elevator stopped going to our floor, housekeeping missed our 2 rooms even after asking for items, room doors rough to open and close, TV didn’t work, outlet plate not attached. Bed was good, location was good"

"I have stayed here 5/6 times in the past and it was fine. They are “remodeling” which I was not notified of upon arriving. The lobby looked fine but the room smelled like paint, had carpet tore up, drywall unfinished, no trim with paint splats and drywall dust everywhere. Not a good place for a family ..."
