"The checkout and check in process was extremely slow… the shower wouldn’t completely turn off and it wouldn’t drain. We had to stand in shin deep water while taking a shower. Definitely not what I expected for the price we paid."

"The room felt humid and damp the whole time we were there and there were ants around the air conditioner and window. We notified the front desk but they said because we booked through a 3rd party they couldn’t do anything to make up for our bad accommodations."

Basically, the person said they could refund my room and go elsewhere. Since I had just driven nine hours to get there, I wasn’t about to do that. I went to take a shower to clean myself from the phone situation, all I had was scolding HOT water. I will never stay here again!!"

"The rooms are huge, very nice and the bed was comfortable. The property has the ability to be a diamond but it needs to be polished. The check in area should be grand for such a property, it feels and looks temporary, out of place up a step when you walk into the lobby. It is full of clutter, cheap looking iPad screens that look like a cheap self check in station or what it turns out to be is where you acknowledge the rules of the property. The check in process is clunky and the staff is mediocre and dull without an explanation of the property amenities. "
