Muitos barulhos pela madrugada, tipo de pessoas transitando pelos corredores, inclusive barulho do ar condicionado, muito antigo ou defeituoso barulho era terrivel, decidi deixar a estadia pela madrugada pois não consegui ter conforto para dormir.

Experiência pouco agradável

O atendimento dos funcionários foi bom, mas as condiçoes do quarto não eram das melhores: mofo no quarto, começõu a chover e uma goteira começou a cair sobre acama (quarto térreo), a opção que me deram foi afastar a cama do lugar. Com a intensificação da chuva, a goteira aumentou e água começou a minar pela parede do quarto. Fui afastar ainda mais a cama e havia bastante sujeira debaixo da cama e atrás da mesa de cabeceira. Na manhã seguinte, fui tomar o café da manhã, quando retornei para o quarto minha roupa e o meu cabelo estavam com cheiro do "refogado" que estavam fazendo na cozinha.

Muito mal atendido. Minha reserva era de quarto grande, com duas camas, e me deram um quarto minúsculo, cama horrível, quarto muito apertado. Sem nenhuma diferença no preço. No check-out nao me fornwceram nota fiscal no valor que paguei na reserva. Dize do que quem deveria dar era "hoteis.com", sai muito insatisfeito. Certamente neate hotel não volto mais...

bom hotel localizado no centro da cidade, bom café da manhã, camas confortáveis, bom atendimento, sempre me hospedo neste hotel devido as boas condições e preço razoavel. Se eles aumentarem o preço ai há outras opções mais confortáveis na cidade de Dourados. Vale pelo custo benefício.
