"The staff we dealt with were excellent and made us feel welcome. The suite was an upgrade from a Junior Suite, and it was well worth it. The only slight gripe was that the dining area was being used for a private party, so the bar was full up with people eating. If the bar was quieter, or had seats available, we'd have spent some more time there. "

"Friendly staff, warm welcome, rooms are clean tidy and have everything you need. Breakfast has something for everyone. A particular thank you to Jamie on reception for keeping my wallet safe when I left it on reception. Would definitely stay again. "

"We were upgraded to a duplex room which was lovely, amazing views over the city. The smashed window did not look very nice although did not spoil our stay. Staff are all very friendly particularly the reception staff, a credit to the hotel. Would thoroughly recommend a stay here!"

"Amazing room with great amenities. A 2 block walk from Buchanan St bus so a perfect place to get around. The breakfast was great with a clearly marked special area for gluten free food prep - very important to me. The restaurant meals were also amazing. "
