"This was a different kind of hotel stay for us, but overall, it was a very positive experience. The rooms are small, but functional and comfortable. Having laundry facilities available was fabulous, although I did miss having an iron in the room. Our room wasn’t cleaned during our stay, but the reception staff more than made up for this and were always happy to make sure we had everything we needed. You simply can’t beat the location. We felt like we were within easy walking distance of just about everything, which made exploring the area incredibly convenient. Staff were largely helpful when we had questions about local amenities. We especially want to recognize Patrick, whose customer service was truly exceptional. He went above and beyond and is an amazing ambassador for the organization. His warmth, helpfulness, and genuine care really stood out and made our stay that much better."

"I managed to book the accessible room for the first part of my journey. It was great. We returned 3 nights later but I could D only get a standard room. I had messaged through Expedia that I could not do stairs. However we had 3 unraveled steps to climb. That was dangerous for me with our luggage. I should have communicated with the hotel directly I guess."

"Stayed here for 2 nights. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. Main bonus was the air conditioned room. Helped aid a good nights sleep. Great shower and bed too. Hotel staff were very knowledgeable in recommending local restaurants. Had breakfast on the first morning. It was very satisfactory. I requested fried eggs as there was only scrambled, eggs arrived in no time at all. Great service all round.
