"Property and room was disgusting. Mood in tub and ceiling falling down in room. The desk clerk was just sitting in front area talking to a friend. When complained about room he was not apologetic and did not care when we tried to show him pictures. We did ask for refund and refused to stay. He did grant refund."

"It’s a good location for downtown, and most of the staff seemed nice. We called one morning asking for help with the WiFi without creating a Marriott account, and they told us to use the guest WiFi and finished with “I don’t know what to tell you”. I also didn’t realize it would be the barn style doors for the bathroom. That’s actually something I hate, so if you’re going with others and don’t plan on using the room alone, maybe take that into consideration. I’m also going to gripe about having to pay $25/night for parking, but that’s just because I think all costs associated with staying at a hotel should be included within the nightly cost. Other than that, great location, it seemed clean, and the lobby was nice."

"Location, location, location! The perfect spot to stay and enjoy the many shops, restaurants, bars, and attractions of downtown Asheville. Not fancy, but comfortable and secure. Attached is the view from my 5th floor room doorway."

"We absolutely loved our stay at the Windsor! The staff was friendly, the location was in the heart of downtown so shopping and food are walkable. The room was very clean and had everything you would need. Our room included a refrigerator, stove, microwave, washer,dryer, etc. It was a very cozy room that felt like a home away from home. If we are ever on the area again we will definitely be staying at the Windsor again!"

"The room was very clean and the property was well maintained. I went down to breakfast too late, but the servers still let me in to get drinks. Parking was free and convenient and the hotel was very close to Biltmore Estate, which we had come to visit. "

"While the location was extremely walkable, valet parking was $25/day. The view of the mountains was incredible. However noise from other guests traveled easily. I only used Cambria for part of my stay; my second hotel was a better value with a tub and no parking fee. ."
