"The hotel cost is very expensive and not worth the price. Stay at a hotel along La Rambla instead of here. Homeless are everywhere. The photos are very deceiving. The hotel room did not have a coffee maker, microwave, or a refrigerator. I wanted to bring water from the breakfast area to the room and they didn't allow it. The walls are black and the hallway lighting is dim. The place seems like a depressing dungeon. For $900 for three nights I thought we were getting luxuries. This hotel is not luxury. It's clean and that's about it. When you take a shower water gets all over the floor because the shower glass is short. Very inconvenient to have to clean up ponding water after a shower. I recommend you stay somewhere else. "

"recently stayed at this property and I was truly impressed by the staff’s attentiveness. Though I initially wasn’t sure about Suite 509 due to the stairs, it turned out perfect. The suite had a downstairs bathroom and sofa bed, with the main bedroom and another bathroom upstairs, plus a balcony. The staff thoughtfully set up the daybed for our friend, ensuring privacy for us. Daily cleaning kept everything fresh. The breakfast spread was superb—fresh pastries, local cheeses, cereals, fruits, and something for everyone. I highly recommend it for both comfort and service."

"Well, let’s just start with o real rating - they advertise themselves as 5 star hotel but by average American standards it’s between 2-3 There no traditional hospitality standards we are all used to ( Vegas , NYC , Miami , Boston ) equivalent to 5 stars Rooms are very small and odd shaped , bedding is Ramada Inn quality , no tubs. Heating or TV were not working in our room and staff did not care to come and fix it Pricing of more than 400$ per night is ridiculous and frankly insulting Anyhow - don’t get lured in by the location , no direct access by uber or taxi , and so called roof top is just a tourist trap They let anyone from the street come and use it so you don’t have any privileges as a hotel guest Expedia should be checking more careful properties before advertising them to its patrons "
