"Smoking in the room strong smell "

"There was only waffles and cold coffee powdered creamer and nothing else although there was a full display that there used to be a large breakfast there isn't anymore. They didn't even have plates for the waffles only cereal bowls and when I asked if there was syrup they told me to go get it in the fridge which was a big tub of syrup. The plates she chuckled and said:he forgot to order them ". We just left" The room was mediocre, after we changed for another because the toilet didn’t flush and keycard wasn't working. THE ROOM SMELLED NEVER AGAIN"

"The room was clean. Staff initially not friendly our room was available and asked to check in early wanted to charge 15. Extra then we said we would wait he called us back and let us for free"

"Noisy location/ guests. Mattresses were not comfortable. Shower fixture not secure, grouting was moldy/dirty."
