"The room and facilities were fine but service was terrible. We went for breakfast that we had paid for 15 mins prior to closing we entered at 945a. We were told we could only get to go breakfast (Apparently their kitchen stops making 10 mins before 10a) which was acceptable to us but what we didn't expect was not getting part of our order. We asked for pancakes for our kids and were assured its being made and when I asked that it wasn't in the bag he said you shouldn't have come 15 mins before closing and expecting everything. You can eat somewhere else. My kids got nothing to eat until we would leave and had to spend extra time to find something for them to eat. I think arrive at 930a otherwise expect you wont get breakfast and breakfast is not included you have to pay for it as I did and still got rude behavior. Needless to say wouldn't stay here again and recommend against staying there. There is a reason it has 7/10 review believe it."
