"The room was not clean. Upon walking into our corner suite, the window outside of our suite was filthy with droplets all over it and fingerprints. When we got into the suite, the shower had more than one long women's hair in it, the white shower floor was stained almost with peoples dirty feet, it needed to be scrubbed with a brush or a cleaning paste, there was no makeup remover wipes which should be in the room, so I had to call down. no garbage bags in the trash cans, dirty handle on the bathroom door with smudges. The table in the room was wobbly, they have crappy thin pillows despite the website saying they are plush, no privacy in the sliding bathroom door, and when we went down to the lobby the next morning, I had to ask them to refill the coffee and the creamer, and when I went to get a second coffee an hour later, the coffee and creamer were empty again. Honestly it is a beautiful hotel, but the service and cleanliness was subpar. When we went to check out, she didn't ask us how our stay was or anything. I will say, our server at the restaurant was impeccable, and the chef was super personably coming out to tables making sure everything was good!"

"Steps away from the Keller, this hotel is the perfect destination when going to the theater or just visiting Portland. The check-in staff was incredibly friendly as was the Barista in the coffee shop. The Rooftop Bar is a perfect place to unwind with a nightcap and some snacks. The only downside at the Rooftop was that the very first drink we ordered, they didn't have an ingredient and then when we ordered an appetizer they didn't have that either so it was a bit off-putting that the first two things we ordered they couldn't provide. That being said, their drinks are very tasty and the snack that we eventually got was very good."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room itself was clean. However, overall the stay just didn’t feel worth the price. The room felt pretty outdated, and the TV channel selection was limited. One of the biggest downsides was the environment outside. There were people sitting right in front of the doors throughout the night, and I witnessed drug use and dealing in the nearby parking lot. Unfortunately, my room’s view looked directly out onto a run-down Denny’s parking lot where this activity was happening. We were also on the fifth floor, directly below the kitchen and restaurant, and could hear noise throughout the night. There was a lot of banging and chairs being dragged during cleanup, which went on until around 1–2am and made it difficult to sleep. While the basics were fine, the overall experience didn’t match what I expected for the cost."

"The hotel s conveniently located near the airport , yet far enough away that you can’t hear planes all night long Super friendly staff. They have a gym, heated swimming pool and nice lounge area. This will be my go to hotel when I come and stay in portland "
