"We weren’t happy that the room description on Expedia said our apartment had a double bed and 2 singles but was in fact a double bed and a sofa bed. We I contacted the hotel a month before arrival to check this were assured by email that we would be given a room with 4 beds on arrival but this did not happen. After a long conversation and practically begging, (even with the email proof from the hotel) , we managed to get our room changed but had to have 2 seperate rooms and not a family room....

"We loved staying here. The room was spacious and comfortable. The pool was perfect with plenty of sun and shade and really comfortable loungers. The breakfast had an amazing variety and the staff was over the top helpful. We arrived early and they were able to get us into our room hours before check in. The walk to the Riva was less than 10 minutes. The walk to the beach was about 20 minutes, but the Riva is fully shaded by beautiful trees and there are plenty of quaint restaurants along the way. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel. I will be back :)"

Fantastic location in a beautiful town with loads of restaurants/cafes on the doorstep and great access to beach/sea, mountain, cultural, and river activities. Good quality, modern hotel - with trustworthy safety systems and cleanliness. Reasonable balcony and decent size rooms even in 'basic' room overlooking street. Overall, we'd go back and would recommend to friends/family quite happily."

"Great location, spotless villa, would stay again! Villa Valentina in Bol was the perfect base for our stay. The great room was spacious and beautifully done, and the location couldn’t be beat. The villa was spotless throughout, and the pool was gorgeous. The kitchen was a great size, which made cooking easy, and the balcony was a lovely spot to relax and take in the views. Laundry service was a great touch too. We’d absolutely stay here again!"
