"The rooms and property were as advertised. As we were there during the off season, it was very quiet and peaceful. The property was close enough to walk to a different dining option each evening. The one "disappointing" factor was that the breakfast offered was noted as "buffet breakfast." Our own assessment is that it was actually a continental breakfast as there was no hot food served nor eggs. The plus side to the breakfast was that the breakfast attendant actually made the muffins fresh in the oven, so you knew they were as fresh as they could be! We enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay at this property again if the opportunity presented itself."

"Beaucoup apprécié l’emplacement face à la mer, les chaises de plage, parasol, serviettes de plage et vélos gratuits. Bouteilles d’eau tous les jours sur demande et plusieurs choix de cafés offerts en tout temps. Petit frigidaire disponible sur demande. Moins aimé notre chambre au 1er étage qui donne sur le stationnement, qui nécessite beaucoup d’amélioration. Les murs sont à repeindre, odeur de renfermé, toile d’araignée dans la salle de bain, très sombre (manque d’éclairage), aucun rangement."

"We had a great stay - wonderful weather and hardly anyone there! The hotel is charmfully historic and the rooms were cute. Everything was well maintained. Staff were inconsistent - some very helpful, others... The pool and the view from the pool - amazing!!! The beach was not. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!"

"We keep returning, because we love this hotel. Initially you walk in and see the breathtaking view of the ocean. There’s a warmth about the hotel, and everyone is delightful. The accommodations are fabulous."

"Can’t beat the location. Everything is within walking distance including the beach and restaurants. Designated car spot; no hunting for a spot. Pool was not open during our visit which was unfortunate. They could add more chairs in the lawn during busy season for guests."
Old Orchard Beach Inn

"Everything was very, very clean, which is important. Otherwise it was like staying at a place in the 90s. The mattress was awful and they try to mask that by putting egg crate foam underneath. Pillows were lumpy and thin, old blankets. TV/Internet did not work the entire stay. I messaged the host about this and never heard anything back. Breakfast was like going to a hotel, nothing special and was in a separate building that was difficult to find. This place has potential but need to invest a little money in comfort and if you want to be a bed-and-breakfast provide a decent breakfast."
