"All round excellent 3 star plus hotel and excellent restaurant"

"Exactly what I expected from an Ibis budget. The plus side is that this Ibis seems brand new."

"J’ai réservé et payé pour une chambre supérieure, mais on m’a attribué une chambre classique sans m’en informer. C’est moi qui m’en suis rendu compte et, lorsque je l’ai signalé, la personne à la réception est restée silencieuse, sans aucune explication ni solution. L’hôtel étant complet, je n’ai pas pu changer de chambre, ni obtenir de remboursement ou même un geste commercial. La chambre donnée était au premier étage, avec les livraisons de camions dès 6h du matin : impossible de dormir....
