"Very friendly and efficient staff during our visit. The room was comfortable but not warm despite the air con/heater. The hot buffet breakfast wasn’t great but are they ever? Eggs cooked to order were perfect though. The food at dinner was pretty good and well cooked but the menu was quite limited. The menu size matched the hotel size really and overall we had no complaints. Would definitely stay there again."

"In over 30 years of travelling on business, this is one of the best places I have stayed in.Although I did not meet the owners it was clear that the accommodation was well looked after and virtually everything had been thought of for the comfort of their guests. Virtually everything was absolutely spotlessly clean.The only small point I noticed was that there was dirt around the toilet seat hinge - a bit of a dirt trap and difficult to access(I'm sounding like a "Four in a Bed" contestant...

"We were a party of 3 we checked into the hotel, and had a conversation with Jim the owner about where we were going in the evening and about what other night life was in the area. The rooms and facilities were great we were close to the local shops and central Margate was in close walking distance.
