"We had a nice stay at Fort Road Hotel. Our room was newly renovated and well decorated, and the staff were helpful. The hotel is well located in Margate, and the breakfast buffet was lovely. Margate is changing rapidly but also keeps it's identity. There is an evident divide between the working class locals and the sporadic wealthier tourists. Not everybody's cup of tea I presume but it is something we personally love.
