"Excellent location for exploring the Gjirokastër bazaar — right in the heart of it all. Arriving close to midnight made parking a bit tricky to find at first, but once we explored the bazaar the next day we discovered a convenient parking deck nearby with shortcuts that made getting to and from the hotel with our bags easy. Our room had stunning views of the mountains, the castle, and the city below — an unforgettable setting. Highly recommend!"

"This place is as beautiful as it is historical. It was built around the 13th century and has so much charm and character. It is family-owned and operated and they were all so kind and helpful. The rooms are updated with a/c (very welcome during the July heat) and a beautiful, renovated bathroom. The room was quiet and the bed very comfortable. They also offer a lovely breakfast included with the room. I can’t recommend this place enough. An absolute gem in the heart of Gjirokastër!"

"The hotel is modern and well maintained with a fantastic roof terrace for meals and drinks. Quality of the menu choices was very good with reasonable prices. The bar offered amazing cocktails at excellent prices. Pool was in shade until noon and with sun beds provided which were very well cushioned. Pool towels were provided free of charge. Reception, Bar & Restaurant staff were exceptional in the service provided. The hotel is located very near the beach and bars / restaurants and shops. There is a steep but short hill road to manage when accessing from the beach road. In our opinion the hotel was very good value for money on abed and breakfast basis."
