Parking was a challenge as the check out units had broken or dtysfunctioning arms so cars were unable to get out causing frustration.

Hotel rooms were dirty and the bathroom hygiene products were very low tier - used to staying at hotels with name brand products you can trust like Crabtree and Evelyn. Floors were dirty and sheets smelled like bleach.
