"Great to have shared facilities with other hotels giving access to restaurants. Upgraded to all inclusive package disappointing that the bar closed by 10.30pm. Staff by the pool were very attentive, slightly slow service at the latitude bar however Gaurav and Rackesh were very welcoming. Hotel now slightly dated, restaurants and food was great throughout."

"Our stay at Dukes The Palm was truly wonderful. We are a family of 5, and our vacation ended up being extended due to the war and flight disruptions. The level of hospitality we experienced was beyond anything we expected. A very special thank you to Asif, the Rooms Manager, and Alejandra, the Public Relations Manager. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable, and their kindness meant so much to our family. While we have been looking for flights to return home, the truth is we almost don’t want to leave. It is the first time we have ever felt this way about a place.
