The room had broken furniture, torn curtains, a broken bath/shower and needed complete refurbishment. We arrived at 5am from a night flight so slept for a few hours and then immediately checked out from an 8 day planned stay. We were refused a refund.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel despite a few room for improvements. I can see that the management has really tried to make the service better. Lift was okay, not that long wait. It is a not bad choice, I picked it randomly. They lack for the management, over crowded for no reason, entrance lobby is tiny compared to number of rooms they have. The hotel desperately needs renovation.

The worst of the worst is everything from the front desk to the staff. Everything is old; don't believe the pictures at all. You might end up in a room with nothing except a low-quality bed with a dirty carpet, no phone, no chair, or no table. Pictures as completely fake. I thought I could ask for a refund and go somewhere else, but they refused to refund me anything. I had no choice but to stay in an ugly room. By the way, the WIFI is no good at all.

Not a good experience Old Hotel.

Got a room with smoked smell. Couldn’t breathe. Cockroach in the bathroom door.Asked for another room since we had to go to safari.they moves our stuff to the room wasn’t cleaned. Almost thought we are in somebody else’s room. Finally end up in third room which was nicer than both.
