The chairs and the rug in the room had stains all over them making me not want to touch them. The sitting chairs and table for the room were directly in front of the middle of the window which made it impossible to reach the curtains to open or shut them. The waste basket in the bathroom was useless because any time you stepped on the lever, it was so light and cheap it flipped over. The handsoap was difficult to get the pump to work and it smelled like mens aftershave. As a woman, it was highly unpleasant.

Nice hotel but smokers were right by the entrance and it was awful to walk through. You could smell smoke right up to the restaurant which was a turn off for us. Other than that it was ok . We only stayed here because our flight left the next day.

Convenient to airport. Room was clean but warm with no ability to cool it down. Only 2 of 3 elevators worked resulting in long waits for an elevator during regular hours and 20 minute waits during morning rush. Poorly setup for such a large hotel.

The family rooms with three (3) beds was ideal for my group. The staff was very friendly and hospitable. The food quality and service was excellent. The only thing that I would cite is the parking…it’s very tight.

The clayton The airports shuttle is great. The rooms high standard . The in room cofffee & water is very nice. The cafe snacks & coffe so handy. This vusit was incredibly busy weekend & the clayton dealt well with everything. Other than 1 lift down out of 3 its still best value around !

A decent airport hotel, seems it gets quite alot of use, room was comfortable and clean. One of the best features was the 24hr free airport shuttle that made travel back to the airport worry-free.

Right from the start of our arrival, the service was excellent! Rooms were spotless, dining was excellent and even "JOE" who was our shuttle to the airport, was absolutely accommodating, helpful and had the BIGGEST SMILE! THANK YOU EVERYONE!

Be prepared to pay for parking. I think this is the first hotel I have ever stayed at that charged you to park in their lot or garage.

Last night of the trip and proximity to the airport were our primary reasons for staying - we lucked out on the property being so clean and the staff being amazing.

Very convenient to the airport. Guy who checked us in was very snooty. Room was great, but had no air conditioning---Ireland was unseasonably warm and it was very very stuffy in our room. Restaurant open until 10pm and food was good.

The best part of our stay was, 1st the friendly staff, 2nd the location to the Dublin Airport and shuttle from and too. We were able to return our rental and be back at the hotel within one hour. All lucky timing.

This hotel was awesome. It was new, clean and had big rooms, They has a small coffee shop in the lobby. There was also a free shuttle to the airport. We would definitely stay here again.

Very convenient location and free shuttle to the airport. No air conditioning which wasn’t a huge issue in May but may be more uncomfortable in the summer. Otherwise positive experience.

Very nice but this is a “typical” airport hotel so you won’t actually feel like you are in Ireland. Free shuttle is great. Ended up having several meals there as it isn’t really the kind of place to go out for anything. Found the menu lacking in choices. Loved the self checkin/out kiosk option, including making your key. Very easy & quick.

Shuttle to airport was as promised, very convenient. Elevators and bus crowded, bar crowded and bar staff to get seated unfriendly. Once at the bar, bartenders were great.

Stayed one night to catch a flight the next morning. Very nice hotel. Beds were very comfortable and overall it was a quiet hotel. Had dinner at the hotel bar, it was was quite good. Try the chicken burrito is was delicious and filling. The hotel does not provide washcloths which I think is a European thing at hotels. Although they had soap and body wash bring your shampoo, conditioner and lotion. What was in the shower was body wash that can be used as shampoo. Welcoming staff very clean and comfy beds!

The Clayton Hotel Dublin Airport is my go to when I fly to Dublin. The hotel staff are incredible, my room is always spotless and my bed is awesome. The hotel has a shuttle bus to pick you up and take you to the airport. I highly recommend the Clayton Hotel

The hotel is fine for quick over night but it is over packed , we have no tv ( called downstairs when I couldn’t get it to turn on, and they told me the TV wasn’t included in our room!) or toilet doesn’t flush and the wall chargers don’t work( is this also extra?!?!) I might even gonna bother with another call down. Other than that restaurant downstairs isn’t half bad and they have a free shuttle to the airport
