Unfortunately, the hotel did not notify guests that they were under construction. Therefore, the main entrance was inaccessible and it was difficult to find the “set up” (desk in basement) they had. The staff was lovely, however the hallway - I was placed in the basement - was dark and rather dingy. The room itself was modern but unclean. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

it's typical of the way value hotels are designed these days. Stylish and comfortable lobby, Nice bar. Tiny rooms. But as long as you know that's what to expect it's fine. And I thought the room rate for what we had was reasonable. Our room was clean and compact, 1 full bed for 2 people. Bathroom was compact but modern with good shower. The heat worked well. But there was no place to open suitcases other than on the floor and we were stepping over them a bit and stepping around each other. The staff was nice and made a point of being helpful. Most were Eastern European and 1 or 2 could use a little more work on their English. The hotel is at the upper end of O'Connell Street which is walkable to everything we wanted to do and there were plenty of trams and buses within a block. We did wind up walking up and down O'Connell Street several times the first day we arrive and it's not the most interesting street. But the unlimited LEAP card allowed us to just hop on transit after that.

Hotel was nice. Breakfast was the best we had so far in Ireland. Our room was TINY. Two twin beds and barely room to walk around. But comfortable.

Point A was a great intro for our first trip to Dublin. While the two twin bed room could have used abt 2 extra feet all around, it was perfect. We had a window to cook our room. There was plenty of wash soap for body, hair, and hands. It was clean. It even had extra light options to dim! It was a perfect home base for us to sight see. And the breakfast is worth the few euros. A lot of quality food! I would book again in a heart beat!

The hotel was very modern and comfortable and in a great, central location. All the staff were great, very helpful and friendly. We stayed for 2 nights for my friend's birthday. The hotel had left a note for my friend with drinks tokens and chocolate. The room was small but very clean and comfortable. The only criticism I'd make is that there weren't enough plug sockets, so we had to continually swap things around to charge our phones, dry our hair, or even have a cuppa! I'd definitely return to Point A for my next visit.

The hotel was in a great location, clean and the service was friendly. However, the bed/pillows were the worst we have ever experienced. Both myself and my partner did not sleep at all. Would not recommend if you are travelling with another person or if you value sleep.

The Point A Dublin was a spectacular find! The staff was incredible, and the hotel itself was beautiful. It was within walking distance to everything pretty much and had a wonderful breakfast.

What a fantastic hotel! From the moment of arrival, the staff were so friendly and helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. The room was modern, extremely clean and with a great street view. The continental breakfast was perfect with lots of choice. And after a busy day exploring Dublin, it was lovely to relax in the lounge bar area and even enjoy a simple choice of meals. We had a pizza one night and it was delicious. Would recommend this hotel without hesitation, great price and its not trying to be pretentious like some hotels. Thanks for the most wonderful stay and keep doing what you are doing!

The rooms are really small at this hotel. There is no room for a suite case or clothing. Just a narrow strip between the mattress and the opposite wall. Very small bathrooms as well.

Excellent location! The rooms are a little small but you cannot beat the location and price. Our air conditioning unit did not work so they had to do a manual over ride but it worked. Staff was fantastic and helpful.

Amazing styling inside the rooms. Excellent use of compact space. Pretty modern decor. Super good breakfast. They packed breakfast to go when we had to leave early for tours. Parnell street is excellent in terms of transportation etc, but one side of the hotel seems to be adjacent to a shady area. Staff is excellent and friendly. Great shower !
