The room was very clean and comfortable. Facilities are very modern and new.
I love how friendly the staff were and it really made my stay wonderful. Oscar and Dylan were amazing! It felt really nice to be so well taken care of by them!
The wellness centre looked great though I did not use it

We loved staying at the Alex. Great location and lovely staff. They think through what you might need / want from being able to borrow umbrellas to little candies at reception

Location was good but the room was awfully small. Something to consider if you have bigger luggage.

The shower water pressure was very low - heard other guests in the lift complaining about it too. The pillows are way too soft, it’s like non-existent.
Breakfast buffet was amazing. The room was very clean & aesthetic!

Lovely hotel about 15 mins drive from city centre. Nice decor, beautiful old rooms with high ceilings. Stayed in spacious deluxe room. Received great service from all staff, very friendly and couldn't do enough to help!
