We had a great stay at this hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety to choose from, and the services offered made everything super convenient. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience. "Hotel staff excellent! They will hold your luggage until your room is ready. The only negative experience we had was from the buffet breakfast. Ran out of food. Not enough staff on hand. The “hot” food they did have available was cold. "
"Our check in went smoothly and the front desk agent could not have been more competent! Thank you for the option to add on breakfast, the buffet was plentiful and had a nice variety. Walking to the train stop made it very convenient to get downtown.
The only issue we had was confusion on how to control the room temperature. Some instructions could have been useful."
