"This was easity one of the worst places i have ever stayed. The shower was so disgusting that i couldnt even use it. The door handle to my room looked like it was about to fall off. The shelf in the bathroom was broken. And it was so hot. Their are no windows, just the patio door but in order to get air flow you have to leave it open. I did not feel safe having it open overnight so i had to close it and the room got very hot amd humid. I would not recommend thid place and i would not stay here...

"The front desk people said that renovations were happening so no kitchen. Some one asked for a spoon and was brought a dirty one and told to wash it themselves. The showers were not well cleaned and the bathrooms often smelled of urine. There lockers are small and oddly shaped so luggage doesn’t fit. It was easy to catch the bus into the main tourist area but not many restaurants close by. The mall is a 10minute walk."

"Excellent staff, well-cared for interior and gorgeous unassuming exterior. Wi-Fi can be spotty, but find the network that works best for you and there’s no trouble. Loved it!"

"The room was big and clean. The hostel is located a bit far away from the city center of Split in a hill (about 30 min walking) but is very connected using public transportation. "

"I came n the day, the housekeeper is not friendly at all and she was the only one worker there. She doesn't speak English so I waited more than 2 hours just to understand that I need to wait 2 hours more to have someone from the reception. I loose so much time. Except this, the girl from the reception is nice and the room is clean."

"We’ll start with the good: Comfy mattress, individual lights/power outlets and amazing location. Unfortunately, a lot to be desired. Opened in 2010, this would have been an awesome building at the time. But it feels like no one has maintained it since then. A broken escalator in the middle of the hostel has clearly been out of service for a long time. All of the storage cupboards in the room were either jammed shut or without keys. "Had a great experience. Management was very helpful and accommodating. We booked two rooms and had a group of 8. We were new to hostels and the management ensured we found our way around. Place is very close to a mall and city center in Solin which made finding food and drinks easy. I would highly recommend this place. "

"This place has character and is in the old town. Lovely place with a terrace overlooking the valley."

"Comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Plenty of hot water. Good access to city bus but a bit far from town. Mold in the bathroom was a health concern. I wouldn't recommend the cafe next door."

"The location was perfect for me. Super close to the old city and walking distance to the ferry port. It is essentially a small studio apartment. The only draw back for me was having to carry my luggage up all the stairs. Not a big problem as I was travelling relatively light and only had to tote it up and down once."
