"Even we had a confirmrd booking, the reception was not aware of our arrival, and had no room to offer. The receptionist rebooked us to another hotel, but had no suggestion of handling the extra cost. Ended up paying 40 euro over the agreed price. Also, totally silence from Hotel.com when trying to contact them. Stay away!"

The only drawbacks were that there are only a few restaurants nearby, however, they were all good especially Lupa and the smaller Italian restaurant attached to Bar None had the best gnocchi ever!
