Bota is unique place & we felt very privileged to have stay within. I was unfortunately very sick & Mary is a beautiful caring staff member.Exceptional at her trade. Especially her breakfasts with fresh squeeze orange juice & lemon & ginger tea.
Karla also provided impeccable service & we highly recommend Bota Palace.
The only suggestions we could pin point is to provide visible reading instructions on the air conditioner ,Television & remotes .

Bota palace is a wonderful place to stay and I would highly recommend it to anyone. The location in Old Town is right off the main street. It is a little hard to find as there's not a lot of signage but you can easily get a hold of the reception and they'll guide you in. There isn't really a lobby, more of a reception desk and then flights of staircases to your floor. We did see a Eurolift for luggages so that is very helpful. Our room was beautifully designed. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious with a shower and tub large enough to fit my 6'2 husband (with ample hot water). There is a nespresso machine in the room along with a hot water kettle. The TV is a new flatscreen with LED backlights which were really fun when we put on a movie (streaming services were available on the TV). The breakfast in the mornings were simple and modest but always nice and the fact that it's brought to your room is lovely. Overall, we had a great stay and for the price, I think the experience and room were incredible.
