This property has an amazing view of dubrovnik from its private patio. Its spacious and comfortable. Communication with the host was easy as was check in. You can walk to old town Dubrovnik in about 15 minutes (there are a lot of stairs) Wasnt a problem for my family of 4. 2 kids age 11 and 13. We enjoyed our stay here. Everything was great

Lovely little apartment

Fantastic little rental apartment situated steps (literally - be prepared to walk uphill!) from the old town. Lovely little patio overlooking the old city and the sea. Excellent communication by property manager. Parking available with the property via a separate entrance. Would definitely stay here again!

The Chill-Out apartment was perfect for a one night stay while visiting Dubrovnik. The team was very responsive and helpful as we tried to drive into the area and find the apartment. Note: The Expedia listing says there is parking, but they have very limited parking. You must reach out to them to see if it's open BEFORE you reserve or you'll end up with no parking. This happened to us and the team there was very helpful in providing parking garages nearby to leave the car. It's also very important to note that you'll either want a taxi or uber to drop you at the top street or plan on hoofing your way up and down some hills and then up 150 steps to the side door. We were exhausted by the end of our visit, but the apartment itself was lovely!

Walkable to Old Town, where there are so many dining and activity options. Staff was really easy to reach and gave lots of helpful instructions in advance.

Everything at the apartment was exactly as advertised. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful view of Old Town Dubrovnik and the Adriatic and comfortable beds and kitchen. Unfortunately there was no air conditioning in the bedroom, only in the living room and we experienced a 99° Fahrenheit day during our stay. They did provide a fan but it was quite hot. The living room AC unit was squeaking quite loudly, and the host was responsive but wasn't able to fix it during our one night stay. Thankfully it became less loud overnight. The host was very responsive and provided amazing directions to the parking spaces provided and to get to our apartment door from there. I have never received such clear and helpful instructions before and have stayed in many similar places. It's important to know that the streets around Dubrovnik are quite narrow and require a lot of skillful maneuvering. If you are renting a car be prepared for this. Taxis can easily access the street entrance to the apartment, but if you are not used to driving in Croatia you may want to avoid a rental car in Dubrovnik.
