Great location inside the walled city. Located on a quiet street. Limited maid service, but not really a problem. Fresh towels each day. Small hot water tank so need to shower quick. However, I would not hesitate to stay here again. Enjoyable!

The apartment was easy to find in the old city. It was so central to everything, great bakery just around the corner, a market also close... selling local wines, which we found to be great. Not noisy. Wonderful atmosphere. Recommend.

Adequate for a family of four

Villa Flores was a clean and modern apartment with a great shower. It was super quiet with the windows closed. The cleaning staff were very kind and helpful. The check in staff were not very helpful or cheerful. We probably would choose a different place if we return. There was nothing outstanding about Villa Flores.

Situation idéale au coeur de la vieille cité.

Séjour très agréable, nous sommes arrivés tôt le matin et avons pu laisser nos valises sur place en attendant d'intégrer l'appartement en début d'après midi. Très bonne surprise puisque nous étions prévu dans le studio du dernier étage et avons finalement vu nous attribuer le 2 pièces du second étage. Bémol l'insonorisation des parquet n'est pas au top mais n 'entraine pas un gros désagrément. Nous avons eu droit à un petit cadeau d'accueil pour notre séjour au travers d'une bouteille de vin blanc de la région de Dubrovnik que nous avons fort apprécié. C'est un endroit où je n'hésiterai pas à revenir et que je conseille à tous.

Villa Floresin sijainti on aivan loistava - rauhallisella sivukadulla mutta lähellä kaikkia palveluja ja nähtävyyksiä. Oli helppo raahata matkalaukut Pileportin edustalta, koska matka lyhyt eikä rappuja. Huoneiston henkilökunta odotti meitä portin edustalla. Huoneen eristys on huonohko - yläkerran asukkaiden kaikki äänet ja askeleet kuuluvat todella hyvin. Pientä fiksaamista huoneisto vaatisi (vaikka muuten hyväkuntoinen ja moderni): kylpyhuoneessa pistorasia roikkui ja wc:stä valui jatkuvasti vettä (tämän siivojat olisi kyllä pitänyt huomata).

Old city centre

The location of the hotel is easy to reach and in the centre of the old city walls. With the convenience of a central location came with expected noise from outside. The windows didn't keep the noise out so if you're a light sleeper, ear plugs might be needed. There were not curtains in our room so the street lighting came through during the night. This wasn't a problem for us but it's worth a mention. Our room was very clean and much better than we expected for the reasonable price. I would definitely recommend Villa Flores.

They wash your clothes for free!!!!! It's really in the central part of the old city, no views, but the best views are free when your walking around.

Excellent location, nice apartment with two nice double beds, well-equipped kitchen and a very nice bathroom. Wi-Fi worked perfectly. No reception but you could always reach staff by phone.

Dubrovnik Apartment in Old City

Stayed 2 nights. Hotel is inside old city so you need to be met outside the walls and taken to hotel. Hotel only 5 minutes from meeting place in a conveniently central part of the city. Owner, a friendly woman who was happy to assist. Only negative was that we were on the 4th floor with no elevator. Roomy and comfortable apartment, clean and well presented. Bathroom was a decent size and very clean and new. There is no washing machine for clothes in apartment, but owner was happy to wash and dry our clothes in machine on ground floor and deliver to room for no extra cost. Owner was very helpful when internet collapsed in town and ATMs were not working, even loaning us money until we could get some out the next day. Just be aware the hotel does not accept credit cards, so you need to pay for your stay in cash. They accept Euros or Croatian Kuna. Reasonably priced, so I would desribe it as good value and have no qualms about recommending it.

Perfect location but not 4 star hotel

The location in the heart of the old city was perfect and the apartment large and comfortable. However, the service was virtually non existant, there was an attendant sometimes available downstairs who was helpful and friendly but limited in what she could provide. Our major problem, however, was that the apartmnet above was separated from ours by virtue of simple floorboards so every step taken by the occupants above reverberated down into our room making sleeping difficiult.

perfect Location just one block off the main street. Very clean, modern & well Maintained. With 32 square meters on The small side though. A bit noisy until midnight from the pizzeria's kitchen downstairs. 4 1/2 stars.

Great location in the middle of old town

No need to walk up the old town stairs, quiet location, clean and lovely room. The only downside is that there is no reception desk so you have to call the owner beforehand for things like checking in and leaving baggage at the hotel after check-out. They always come within two minutes after you call, but it's still a bit of a hassle. Other than that, I had a lovely stay here.

I highly recommend this small apartment hotel. My room was stylish and beautiful studio apartment. I really liked it! Location is right in the middle of the walled old town.

Beautiful apartment on flat ground.

We had a lovely stay here. The apartment could have slept 4 with the couch as a bed. There was a small kitchen and a separate bedroom. The towels are changed daily otherwise it is all up to the guests. We were on the fourth floor so many steps to climb.

Awesome old town apartment

I stayed with 3 other friends so we had 2 rooms with a double bed to share. The location was so central to old town so easy for us to get everywhere. I wouldn't recommend you stay if you have large bags, we had to haul them up the stairs on the street then 3 levels up to the apartment. Also maybe dont stay if you prefer quiet at night, the bars further down the street get reasonably noisy but we didnt mind this and slept fine. Other than that the place was very nice.

Situated in the middle of the old Town, close to all the sights and events. It is a room without hotel reseption, so felt very private. Some party noise, if you have too keep the window open. Brand new everything, good wifi.

Excellent value, full of character

We stayed at the Villa Flores for one night whilst in Dubrovnik and would highly recommend it. It is full of character, in a great location and excellent value for money. The staff were very helpful on check in and the main attractions of the old town were right on your door step. The room was very quiet and comfortable, highly recommended.
