"The room was poorly cleaned on our first day with stained carpets. There was never anyone around at the pool/sauna desk and nobody could explain if the sauna was included or charged so we didn’t use it. Breakfast was reasonable with good choices. A lot of children staying here so better for families I think. I would say that despite being in the four star section, it was more like a three star. No minibar or room service menu. "This is probably my best stay in Bled. The rooms are very spacious and clean and the view from balcony was spectacular. Parking is easy and there's also a bus stop few steps from the guesthouse. Ana and Nina went above and beyond to make sure I have a great stay with them. Nina's breakfast was probably the best I had in my whole trip in Slovenia, it was so filling and delicious I never left this hotel hungry.
