"Great location, helpful staff, and great amenities. Room was certainly smaller than anticipated and the a.c did not work great. Didnโt expect the carpet flooring from the pictures posted online. Is less like a traditional hotel with multiple buildings. Overall still had a good experience but is not exactly as advertised especially considering the price."

"The Bluesun Hotel Berulia has a lot going for it. The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained, the location is lovely, and having a nice beach directly in front of the hotel is a huge plus. Breakfast was included in our stay and we enjoyed itโthe selection and quality were good. Unfortunately, the room experience didnโt live up to the same standard. We stayed in a Superior Room, which we found uncomfortable. Housekeeping was also disappointing, and the toiletries provided felt quite low quality for a hotel at this price point. Another small but telling detail was the coffee in the room. Only packets of instant coffee were provided. At this level and price, I would expect something more elevated, such as a Nespresso or similar coffee machine. Overall, the setting, grounds, beach, and breakfast are the highlights, but the rooms, housekeeping, amenities, and attention to detail need improvement to match the price and the impression the hotel creates from the outside."
