"Very basic but the pool was really nice!
Check-in was very time consuming and problematic. There was a Security Guard who thought we had the wrong location.. then he checked and directed us around to the back of the property where we met with hotel reception staff who could not confirm
My registration and had to call their boss to get us a room. The room was not really ready because they say that they were not expecting us! "

"Exceptional service, helpful and resourceful staffs, and clean room. Due to the typhoon, our tour was cancelled and we really couldn’t do much. Hotel staffs set up karaoke and pool table for us, to keep us busy. They claimed the tree and provided fresh coconuts for us. They were engaging, professional and help us coordinated transportation and activities outside the hotel. Staffs are also very honest. "Wave pool was invigorating. Staff was all so polite and considerate. The 4 bunk dormitory worked well for our party of 4 kids and 4 adults but the cr was inadequate. Loved the flowers, trees, and plants on the property. The food was all good. Place reminded me of camp from when I was a kid. The drive there was an adventure too. Ty for the memories. "
