The villa we were assigned to was on the Crest lot and not Villa at the Palms. The villa was clean and bright. There was a pool close to the property's entrance along with an open gym. Our overall experience was pleasant and I would probably stay again in the future."

Ocean Eden Bay - Adults Only - All inclusive

"Great vacation spot!! It looks exactly like the pictures. My room was great overlooking the pool, courtyard and the beach. Love the choices of restaurants with different food selections. Friendliest place on earth!! My only issue was housekeeping, Called numerous times for washcloths. Also had a leak in my room from air conditioner above and they were slow to fix it and housekeeping had noticed it earlier in day and used our towels to keep floor dry and didn't replace them nor contact maintenance. I had to notify them at 10PM. It's costly if you leave the premise for outdoor excursions. You really don't have to leave because Ocean Eden Bay offers everything to keep you entertained."

"We had an amazing stay at Ocean Coral Spring! We traveled with a large group, and from the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was seamless. They were incredibly accommodating with our lunch and dinner reservations, making it easy for our whole group to enjoy meals together. A special thank you to Danasha, who organized and beautifully decorated a celebration dinner at Sugar Cane—it made the evening so memorable. Zweli was hands down the best butler; somehow he always managed to find us wherever we were around the resort and made sure we had everything we needed. And a huge shoutout to AnnaKay, who greeted us every morning with a smile and completely won over our toddler daughter. She truly made our mornings extra special. The resort itself is clean, beautiful, and packed with great amenities. We loved the theater and really enjoyed the magic show. The late-night ice cream shop was a fun treat, and the lazy river was definitely the kids’ favorite part of the trip. The beach was gorgeous, the drinks were consistently excellent, and our room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. Room service was also outstanding. We honestly wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you to everyone at Ocean Coral Spring for helping make this such a fun and memorable family vacation. We can’t wait to come back!"

"Let me share my thoughts on this resort by outlining its pros and cons. First, the food was amazing and plentiful. All the restaurants were worth checking out, and the hibachi had a delicious Jamaican twist that I thoroughly enjoyed. The beach was acceptable, though it was a bit rocky with seaweed; however, it was mostly clean. The pool, on the other hand, was very clean and spacious, providing a great place to relax. My room was decent and tidy, but I did have an uncomfortable encounter with a maid. I walked into my room and found her using my bathroom, and she attempted to deny it. It was confusing when she closed the door on me while I was trying to enter, forcing me to wait several minutes. I even noticed an unpleasant smell, as if she had been using the bathroom. When I brought it up, she had an attitude, suggesting that there were restrooms outside she could use instead. Another downside was the bartender by the beach, who seemed to cater more to fair-skinned guests rather than people of color. This was frustrating, especially since I enjoy tipping when I receive good service. On a positive note, the shows were fantastic and kept both adults and kids entertained. The staff members performing by the pool were friendly and very engaging. Overall, I would love to return to this resort, but I hope the management addresses some of these issues with their staff. This resort has incredible potential; let's not let a few bad experiences overshadow the rest."

"Overall, we had a great time staying at iberostar. I'd definitely come back to this hotel the next time I visit Jamaica. Pros: 1. Amazing food!!! The food really exceeded our expectations. We tried different cuisines and we loved most of the things that we ate. There were a few items that we weren't a big fan of, but overall, I'd say it was a very positive experience. 2. Super friendly staff - we were just blown away by the staff that worked at the resort. They are so friendly, polite and very helpful and were very playful with my 17 month old daughter. 3. Rooms are clean and spacious. Cons: 1. Guests cannot visit past 6 pm! This rule caught me off guard. I had some local friends that visited me at 9 pm and they were refused entry. I had to step outside the resort and go to a local bar to meet my friends. 2. AC temp not going below 19.5°C. If you want the room to be colder, it's not going to be possible. I also noticed other sections of the resort that didn't have AC throughout the day. 3. After checking in, they would send you to the concierge. The concierge will give you some hotel credits in exchange for a timeshare presentation. You are not obligated to take that. Be polite but firm and tell them that you're not interested. Things to know: 1. They do not have plastic or paper straws(you will need to bring your own) 2. They do not let you pack your food to take it back to the room. Whatever u order at any restaurant will have to be eaten there."

"My experience at this facility was truly exceptional—it felt as though I were on a retreat. The atmosphere was incredibly peaceful and utterly relaxing, making it easy to unwind. I slept soundly each night, and found myself lingering well past check-out simply because the quiet environment was so rejuvenating. I stayed here while attending a conference at the nearby Montego Bay Convention Centre, which was conveniently located. One of the highlights was the stunning ocean view from my room; it was absolutely breathtaking and added a special touch to my stay. I should mention that the staff was very knowledgeable about the offerings close by the facility. I appreciate the help they provided. Well done!"
