Really the perfect motel. Room is in very good and new condition. Great bedroom and bathroom design. Very simple but thoughtful amenities. Had absolutely everything we needed. Will always stay here when visiting Dunedin. The owners obviously really care about the property and their customers. One of the best places I’ve ever stayed, period.

Very welcoming staff. Really clean property. Good range of amenties e.g kitchinette content was good quality and TV with Sky. Beds very comfortable. Great location. Sat nav gets confused regarding location - just put in address not motel name. Clean towels every day.

Love the renovated room, nice firm bed. Nice plunger coffee. Housekeeping staff are great. Reception may need improving. We arrived 1:40pm ( yes too early ) nobody at reception, when receptionist came 2pm check-in, we are ok with this. Came back 2:30pm, nobody, rang the phone & waited. 15 mins later we walked around the back & found another Receptionist, phone has no batteries. 3pm checked in. Lucky the room is nice. Happy ending.
