The unit we had was really spacious .. large lounge area and big bathroom - amazing pressure in shower. Close to the octagon which is the center of the city. Lots of eating places around with plenty of variety .. close to the university if your interest is there .. Greeted with a smile at check in ... really good 2 nights stay.

Excellent place to stay in Dunedin .
Staff were very friendly and warm . Hotel rooms were clean and comfortable . Easy access to city centre . Parking available any time. One of the best place to stay during our 12 days trip in South Island NZ.
