"Very nice hotel great location"

"We were in an upstairs room and the view was stunning! The room was plush with a four poster bed that was very comfortable. The whole experience of staying in the grounds of the stately home was great - especially as free access comes with the room. Breakfast was good with a nice selection of cooked and continental. We also had Dinner in the castle - the food was good and it was fun having a private dinner party with people we did not know. Need to book in advance direct with the hotel though! "

"The suite was so comfortable and spacious (large couch with pillows and blanket plus a king-sized bed. I loved the enormous stand-alone tub in the bathroom which also had a washer-dryer. The kitchenette was well-supplied. There is an in-and-out garage next to the hotel. The hotel is in the center of town. The staff were cheerful and helpful. Every time I visit Dunedin, I stay at the Distinction Dunedin. "
