With a massive party arriving in front of us and only one person on arrivals the wait was excessive to check in. A hotel of this calibre should be able to manage their business better that they did.

The staff member on reception was fantastic with my son & brother who has special needs. The rooms are a bit tatty but comfy beds & pillows. I left my electric toothbrush by mistake, called them the next morning but no sign 🙁
