"There was no spa in the premises. breakfast was average but the staff were helpful. Room conditions also average . Tbh, this hotel needs proper renovation! "

"The room was beautiful and spotless, the food was divine, and all of the public spaces (restaurants, gym, pool, etc) were stunning and exceptionally well-maintained. "Overall a bad experience. There are far better hotels/stays for just a few more quids: Room condition: Degraded, dirty and with questionable stains everywhere and we witnessed ants moving pieces of food from under the bed (see photos). Cupboard couldn’t close properly and pops open midnight. Windows had strong watermarks so you can’t really enjoy the view. Service: The manager look-a-like gives zero respect to customers, abruptly stopping people mid sentence to say whatever he needs to say. The staff is very cheeky, asking for more tips rudely (literally said “this is little money, more?”) even though we already tipped well above standards. Location: It locates right below the landing path of airplanes so you wouldn’t be able to catch a good night sleep here. It looks like it’s near the airport, but in reality it will take you 40mins to get to the airport, as it locates right in the middle of the strip with no bridge to cut across to the airport. Overall, it’s an utter waste of a could-be-lovely seaside cottage."

"The breakfast was great, maybe slightly overpriced compared to others I've experienced across SL. Staff were friendly, room was clean, but very noisy. Struggled to sleep most evenings in a room fronting the main road. Pool area is nice, only 6 sunbeds though. Gym is well equipped but very little room to move about. Nice cafe downstairs and good wifi"

"Room was amazing. Huge. Very attentive staff. Great breakfast and dinner buffets. No beach at the hotel, despite its name, but a beautiful private one with food and drink 15 mins away on a shuttle bus which goes once an hour. Small criticism, the step from the main room into the bathroom was a bit unexpected and potentially hazardous. Also all the glass in the bathroom area was perhaps a bit strange. "

"Check in staff is good. Breakfast staff is alright. Room is clean but floor is a bit sticky. No sea view which is a pity. Breakfast spread is alright. "
