"The night we got in they had no shuttle from airport to hotel for whatever reason, we had to pay $15 from an airport taxi, was not offered a credit just a simple sorry. Room was clean smelled great. Very happy to see Dove toiletries. Breakfast was mediocre. "

"Old-fashioned decor with a very tired look - carpet and armchair are old and not clean. Bathroom cleanness is fair but could need some updating. Bedsheets are clean but mattress is not comfy. AC unit and bathroom air vent are super loud. Won’t stay again "

"On the side entrance doors, cigarettes should be cleaned on a daily basis.. Cover blankets should be inspected monthly to remove stained ones within the room. "

"We booked here for the weekend to attend a cheer competition with some other cheer families. Several families had extremely dirty rooms….one even requested a refund and went somewhere else. Our room was luckily clean which was the only decent part of our stay. I purposely chose this place because of the sauna and was looking forward to it all week. Upon arrival, I was told the sauna was broken and they had no clue when it would be fixed. I had booked a suite and it was right across the elevator. The walls are so thin they might as well be plastic. I heard people coming and going 24/7. The people in the room next to me sounded like a bunch of elephants doing aerobics. Kids yelling and screaming up and down the halls when it’s supposed to be “quiet time”. It’s not enforced at all. I got maybe 3 hours of sleep the whole weekend. Ice machine on our floor was also broken. When I went to check out I wasn’t even asked how my stay was. The girl at the front desk just said I was all set and walked away. Extremely disappointed."

"Musty smell throughout the property and our room. Felt unsaved based on the people around the hotel. Felt like a real low budget hotel. "
