Old Fort Bay is AMAZING to say the least. However the villa is in need of a fresh coat of paint and a good cleaning. There was a bug issue in the kitchen. "

"I like this property it has so much potential, but it needs a little work. I think the owners should allow a lease of the room where someone can invest in fixing up the rooms and rent it for the market price and pay the owner what the normally would charge.
